Cooking With Annika

In this edition of Cooking With Annika, she's "cooking" up a popular food around the holidays in Sweden, Gravadlax. Gravadlax is a simple recipe that makes a delicious salmon treat.

The ingredients you'll need are:
1 Salmon Filet
1 Cup of Sugar
Fresh Dill
2 Zip Lock Bags

I luv gravlax and yes really easy to prepare. I like to use Atlantic salmon with it's high fat content.
