Cooking With Annika

more pics on my blog: Cooking With Annika Sorenstam Fairways and Forehands

In this edition of Cooking With Annika, she's "cooking" up a popular food around the holidays in Sweden, Gravadlax. Gravadlax is a simple recipe that makes a delicious salmon treat.

The ingredients you'll need are:
1 Salmon Filet
1 Cup of Sugar
Pepper
Salt
Fresh Dill
2 Zip Lock Bags
