Your Not In Kansas Anymore - This Is Korea

.
Man.... finally back to Korea. :-)

Hana Bank is in for 3 years at lest. Nice to see Korea does not get by-passed this year, though I wonder about the time of year played there?

2010 = Oct 29-31, and 2011+12 in Oct 11-16... and with a limited field, this could be Kool golf in more then one way. Still nice they do not miss Korea this year. :-)

Now I wonder where and when, that third event well be released to the puplic... I have a feeling there is one more in the books for this year... east coast USA is my guess. :-)

Isn't this,basically,the Hana Bank-Kolon tournament ?

A 54 hole event, played in Korea, the same time as it was held last year, and the year before, etc ?

What am I missing here ?...

Yes it is. It basically was a question mark as to its future existance. They have re upped so basically it is good news that it will continue.

If you look on the Original published schedule for 2010,this event was not on it.
SO at least add 2 events to the original schedule this and sybase match play.

Add in the fact that the tournament purse is up to $1.8 million, a $100,000 increase from last year, it's even better news. It's one of a very small group of events that didn't cut their purse.
