Red button - like St J said. You have one on your DirectTV remote and your TiVO remote. Not sure that pressing anything of Red Buttons would work!

There's an "ignore" function if you choose to use it.

If it's a tirade and there are threats then maybe even disqualified from the tournament with further punishment under review. But barred from the tour? Ease up there Nurse Ratched. Also, if you're going to go on the record about an incident at least have the spine to name the player. Otherwise the speculation might create a bit of a crapstorm. Not that naming them wouldn't either but at least if you're going to stir up some do it with a bit of forthright dignity rather than being a coy turkey about it. Clean up that spit Christina.
Agreed, Keith...and thanks for the confirmation also, Putter...

...ok, since a lot of people are speculating on who she was talking about, I'll give my two cents...

...the names Kerr, Pressel and Creamer came up...but here is the thing...I am not sure Christina would publicly call out anybody on the Solheim team with her...especially talking about a big old smack in the face...I think it has to be a non-Solheim teammate...which would make me think of other Major winners that are important for the future of the tour, as she says...Yani Tseng and Suzann Pettersen...

...in the end, we'll never know because she won't come out and say who...but Keith, Putter and others are right...what did she expect making a post like that...and if you are going to post something like that you can't drop hints like "I was just told someone very prominent in the future of the LPGA-a young major winner"...and then be shocked that people start guessing who you meant...and then she tries to backtrack saying young could mean 37...but I think that is just trying to diffuse the situation and throw folks off the scent...the "very prominent for the future of the tour" suggests she didn't mean somebody who is 37...maybe she meant one of the Korean Major winners...I would be surprised though if any of them would insult an official...just from a cultural standpoint of respecting people in authority...

...sometimes being as emotional as Christina can be can backfire...and Twiiter allows people to post their thoughts immediately before thinking about the consequences...

...look, whether you like Christina or not...I think she is good for the tour...she adds some pizzazz to whatever event she plays...I don't think she should observe a moratorium on Twitter posts...she should just learn and be aware that you can't publicly make posts critical about other players and not expect sharp reactions...but her personality adds to the LPGA experience and she seems to have a Twitter following so I would hate to see her stop entertaining the fans with her outspoken ways...I'm not even saying she can't make posts like that...what I'm saying is she can't make posts like that and not expect people to want her to come out and say who was talking about instead of dropping hints...

Hey, DJ...you're such a big Cry baby! All you do here is complain. But when there is no debate and this forum is dead like a graveyard...you don't even show up and post. In other words, you're a free loader.
I remember when Rusty asked for donations to keep this site running...you were the first one to complain about it and said, you'd never post if you had to pay!
You're PISSY, alright. Go and create your own forum and I'll furnish the "lullaby music" for you so you can go to sleep!

I'm so sick and tired of people making inaccurate assumptions about things I tweet about. In fact, I am so sick, I'm going to start blocking people more and more, and I'm going to take a break from tweeting. Thanks a lot, jerkwads, for ruining a great thing.

I don't mind tweeting at this time of day. Namely when the jerkwads are still sleeping since they were tweeting til 4am. Flying to Liverpool today, where I can get me some fish n chips, mushy peas and a pint of cider!!!

Look around life is way to serious anyway.

There is an old saying.. You can look at life two ways a comedy or a tragedy.
I chose not to take life to seriously especially on a forum.

Christina Kim is a great example.. She is always happy go lucky for the most
part (humor and fun like DB) but somebody stepped way out of line.

If someone started on you he would probably jump in and help you with humor.

Please lighten up if it bugs you don't read it.
Um, I think that's what I said - I tend to ignore it. I don't care what DB puts in here personally, I just skim over a lot of the jokes/pictures that he posts. Trust me, I couldn't lighten up any more than I am in this forum.

Later on in her Twitter feed, she goes off on a fan for not thoroughly understanding every detail of her life:

@TheChristinaKim Are you ready for some proper beer when you get over to Old Blighty next week? ;)
about 7 hours ago via TweetDeck in reply to TheChristinaKim
@licencedtosleep what part of cider did you not get? I'm not much of a beer drinker, to be honest
about 6 hours ago via SocialScope in reply to licencedtosleep

The fan took it really well, though:
@TheChristinaKim Ah! Cider it is then! Sorry for getting my ales wrong. A dreadful faux pas ;)
about 7 hours ago via TweetDeck in reply to TheChristinaKim

Frankly, I don't think she deserved the apology. She came across as a self-involved jerk. She should be the one apologizing.

Frankly, I don't see why fans want to get into the whole Tweeting thing anyway. Don't people have lives, for Pete's sake? Who really cares whether CKim likes beer, cider, or panther piss?

As far as sounding "self- involved," well, she's a professional athlete. Do you know of very many who aren't?
