2018: Aberdeen Standard Investments Ladies Scottish Open

This week the LPGA moves to Scotland for the playing of the Aberdeen Standard Investments Ladies Scottish Open. This is the second year that this tournament is on the LPGA schedule. Last year, in its inaugural season, Mi Hyang Lee's -6 under par score of 282 was one shot better than both Mi Jung Hur and Karrie Webb.

Here is my preview:

Not sure if Lexi was down to play this alongside the British Open next week but she's announced she's taking a break for a couple of weeks anyway

She is not playing in the Open. She said she is taking time off for golf and personal reasons off the course. Commentators are writing it has to do with her mothers cancer.

I wonder if she is going to play in the International Crown. I would think it is better for her to skip it. It's one thing to put the pressure on yourself but the team makes it so much harder.

Not sure who would replace her.

I read that Thompson said she was going to play in Indy next. It looks like just a few weeks off.
