| Senior Member | 2010 Honda PTT LPGA Thailand 2010 Honda PTT LPGA Thailand, February 18-21. A bit early to be posting on this, (first LPGA event of 2010), but I am starting to climb the golf walls.... so here goes. ![]() Not allot of info yet, no final field etc, but I do have three links, 2 websites and a video. The websites are (1) Official website, (2) is the Siam Country Club Pattaya Old Course, (3) is the vid. Also last year this event was won by Lorena Ochoa, three shots better then closest rival Rocket. :-) (1) Official website - here you can find some info, some news vids, (but quality of video & sound not so good), also available is the course layout/location/hole by hole, and they well have live scoring, and live TV for all 4 days, (I think), by BBTV. http://www.lpgathailand.com/ (2) This website is the Siam Country Club Pattaya website. Note - two courses here, click the Old Course, (last year they played at the Plantation course). Here I think is a better, and quicker, map layout for all 18 holes. http://www.siamcountryclub.com/home.html (3) This is a short, but nice video from the 2009 event at the Plantation course, note the weather was not so good. (BTW - this vid is produced by a person called thaigreentee, who is not me. He is 56 years old, younger then me, and lives in Thailand I guess - eh, small world). ![]() http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fjMxB-pdMQk

Haeji Kang I'll have a more detailed analysis of the field based on the Rolex Rankings once we get closer to the event, but you'll notice that in the field of 60 there are 10 sponsor invitees (*), 6 of whom are of course Thai, including 2 amateurs. The four non-Thai invitees are rookie Amanda Blumenherst, LPGA/LET veteran Laura Davies, JLPGA 2009 money list runner-up Shinobu Moromizato and LET player Maria Verchenova. (Why? Because she's Russian?) They went by the final 2009 money list to set the 50 players in the main part of the field, which means Juli Inkster (#51) is the last woman in since Michele Redman (#42, Rolex #50) elected not to enter and Nicole Castrale (#52) and Angela Park (#53) are the first two alternates. When it comes to pretty women, there is no language barrier. When I see one, they all can understand what I say..."Wow!"
