Undercover Pro

Some of you may find this interesting.

The Undercover Pro column in Golf Digest is about an LPGA player this month. I believe this is the first time the Undercover Pro has been a woman.

Stina Sternberg Tweeted that it's an English-speaking player, but not an American. This is pretty obvious from the article.

Jodi Ewart Shaddoff.

In any event go ask Christie Kerr who she played with that day. I am sure they all know and she has a lot less friends now.

Sounds a bit jealous that she is a nobody.

I don't think she sounds jealous.

The writer obviously asked her about cliques on the LPGA Tour which is a stereotypical question to ask women.

Jodi Ewart Shadoff seems like a good guess. Obviously it's a Canadian, Brit or Australian who went to college in the states and is smart and liberal enough to make the Republican comment. Most international players don't know or care enough about US politics to even notice.

And after checking out Jodi E-S's Twitter, xman's guess seems right.

I still don't think it's a jealous issue. All of the Undercover Pro articles sound like this. I guess because it's women, people are quick to jump on the jealous or "cat fight" stereotype. When male pros do this, they're applauded for being honest or for being courageous enough to "tell it like it is."

Jodi for sure.

I also don't see any jealousy.
Jodi's BFF is Korda.....and I'm sure many Yanks, Asians,Euros, etc like Jodi....so do I.
I really don't think Jodi gives a cr*p what the Yank diva's think about her.

The Euros are gonna get slaughtered in Des Moines....so I wouldn't mind seeing a dust up in the parking lot between Tutta, Masson, Hedwall (a captain's pick just for the brawl) vs. Kerr, The Pink Diva and Lewis.

I'm kinda surprised why Jodi played with Kerr....I'd rather go home and do my taxes.

Stina Sternberg comfortably wins this week's 'No shit,Sherlock' award.

I wonder how she deduced that? Perhaps it had something to do with J̶o̶d̶i̶ ̶E̶w̶a̶r̶t̶. the 'undercover pro' speaking English and stating that she'd lived in America for a few years...

Jealous in the sense that she does not seem to be part of any group. However I guess that she could not try to place herself in a group because she might give away too much.

Stina sent the Tweet before the issue was published as a teaser. She was't deducing anything. She works at Golf Digest and knows who it is.

I wonder did J̶o̶d̶i̶ ̶E̶w̶a̶r̶t̶ the Undercover Pro realise her identity would be discovered so easily?

Do we know the identity of anyone from the PGA tour who does this?

Not that there's anything controversial about what she said - Koreans tend to stick together, there's a clique of American players who think their shit doesn't stink - but it appears to have created a little buzz in some circles.

If this rumbles on for a bit, will we get one of those 'my words were taken out of context' statements that celebs like to issue when there's a whiff of discord about something attributed to them?

Or does J̶o̶d̶i̶ the 'Undercover Pro' not give two hoots about it?

Time will tell...
