I know this is true because several years ago I asked the PGA TOUR about whether or not they had a rule in place covering tees and the answer was yes, only one set of tees for all competitors.

So, don't tell me to tell the PGA TOUR to change anything, you do it, you tell them that you want women on the PGA TOUR because it is your passion to see women competing against men on the PGA TOUR and it is your calling in life to see that it happens. All you want the PGA TOUR to do is, "pretty please with sugar on top", setup another set of shorter tees for women to use.
Let's see how far you get with that dumb proposal.
Probably lose that case in court

What I am saying (knowing it will never happen). If a lady pro were to sue the PGA because of prejudice claiming infair advantage with intent of discouraging women from fair compition with men for monitary value and egual rights for success they would probably win in the higer courts.
Frankly I would like to see it. It would open up a real can of worms in all sports.

What ? have no idea what you are getting at.

Any women is free to play on the pga tour. There are no rules against it. Get an invite, or qualify and you can play.

Anyway getting back to the original question. She should just stay home and practice and relax a little. Playing a round on some 4th rate mini tour is not helping anything.

You could be correct, it was just a thought that it might be beneficial to have a little competition before the women's Canadian Open.

You do know, don't you, that the competition on the NGA tour, especially among the top players, is superior to the competition on the LPGA tour.

I thought we already covered this topic, the PGA TOUR only plays from one set of tees, the tournament tees, that's it, end of story.

NTB, since the PGA is a private organization, I doubt any law suit would tell them they have to handicap for females wishing to play.

Not only that MP, but Annika and Wie did not ask for or expect a tee advantage when they played in PGA TOUR events.

As Handel on the Law says many times on his radio show, NTB, "you have no case".

The only exception to the law suits that I know about was Casey Martin, who sued, I believe under the Americans With Disabilities Act. Otherwise, the courts usually rule in favor of a private organizations by-laws.
