The end of that story (about the 13 year old).....

quote: B .J. Wie suggested Ammaccapane and Hanson should have cut he and his daughter some slack.
"They play golf for a living, they know the etiquette," he said. "We don't know, we are still learning."

Didn't know you could use a pro tournament for OJT.....

As the column in The Oregonian points out, this 19-year-old would-be caddie is an excellent golfer. Maybe he could have given Dina a few pointers -- instead she chose to stink up her reputation as well as the course.

A writer for the St. Petersburg Times named Ammaccapane "Jerk of the Day."

Jerk of the day - St. Petersburg Times

The original writer of the piece for the Oregonian has an update. Ammaccapane now wants to get in touch with him and with the caddy. The LPGA also contacted the caddy and offered him an inside the ropes pass for Sunday. He said no thanks.

I'm glad Cameron said "No Thanks" to the LPGA's offer.

For all the good many of the LPGA players do in terms of PR, it only takes one JERK to mess it up. Good job, Dina.

He should send her a copy of "The Greatest Game Ever Played".

The irony is that the winner of the tournament, Ai Miyazato, is 5-foot-2. Too short? She won $225,000, while taller Ammaccapane earnings were zero. The only really small person here is Ammaccapane.

Good point. The last three world number 1's, Kerr, Miyazato, and Shin, have an average height of about 5 foot 2. Ammaccapane is ranked 600, down from 598 last week.

May she continue to drop.

How low can you go anyhow? Literally and figuratively!

At this rate she'll slip below "the Babe" soon!
