It's heartbreaking that Erica Blasberg withdrew from play yesterday. Does anyone have any information regarding the W/D

The rather-lovely Ms Blasberg has not only withdrawn from the Q-school final,she's also suspended her twitter account.

Perhaps she's been placed in the witness protection programme ?...

Most curious.

Perhaps she just wants to get away from everything for a while,for whatever reason.

Erica was one of the few on Twitter who had a personality that wasn't completely bland.

I wish her well...

I just wonder if the LPGA might have asked her to close her twitter acct. She did tweet something that might be perceived controversial regarding Tiger's situation and the women who released the voice mail. I know it's a stretch, but she closed her acct pretty abrubtly.

Interesting point. I saw that Tweet ; it was,in a word,blunt.

I would hope that the LPGA wouldn't put pressure on players to suspend their account.I would also hope that the players would ignore any such request.

But you never know.

so what happens now that she didn't complete Q school? Does she have any status on tour? What about competing on the Futures tour. I know she was on the bubble to begin with for cat11 or 20, not sure the difference.
