| You must have your selections and any changes posted before the first player in any of our groups has teed off. This is generally close to the begining of the round. I have not be checking this, as you all have been on the honor system. I am not going to recheck the first 2 tournaments. However I will be checking in future tournaments. I know we have people playing from many time zones. I generally post round 1-2 on Mondays and no later then Tuesday, so that should give everyone penty of time. For domestic US Round 3 and 4 I try to post the groupings as soon as the prior rounds have ended. Generally I try to do this by 7:30 PM NY Time (depending when I get home from work). For a west cost US event I will still try to post at around 7:30PM NY time, even if the round has not ended. This generally works, unless someone blows up and does not make the cut. But with 30 players instead of 45, this should be less of a problem. If you see that it is getting close to 10PM NY time with out the gropings posted, I am probably having a problem, so feel free to post the groupings. LPGA tournaments generally will start the 3rd and 4th rounds around 7:30AM-8:00AM local time(dependent on live tv schedule). So for east coast events that should give you around 12 hrs to make your selections and around 14 or so for west coast events. So generally we should always have a player in our tournament that starts near the start of a round, so you should use as a general rule of thumb that first starting time as your deadline. The LPGA will publish there pairing sheets and tee times the night before, Generally they should have their pairings posted 3 hrs after the round ends and they may also adjust scoring until the start of the next round. Don't make me be the bad guy. Last edited by xman5; 03-02-2010 at 06:54 PM. |
