Super Seo.... well she earned it overseas for sure. ;-)

Told you guys awhile back, that this year 2010 is going to knock you socks off.... just wait and see... major coming right up. Humm.... she wins this event.... can she play in the major?

...yes, she is playing in the KNC...even before winning, her place on the KLPGA qualified her for Dinah's tournament...nice to have some LPGA hardware in hand going in...

It's official...Hee Kyung Seo is coming to the LPGA in 2011. I wasn't sure. 2010, even though she has double digit top 10s and three runner up finishes has not been as great as 2009 on the KLPGA, when she won 5 events and swept the Major awards on tour. There was a chance, despite her winning Kia on the LPGA Tour earlier this year, that she might head to the JLPGA instead...I'm thrilled she is coming to the States next year and wish her the best!

Another top Korean golfer will head to LPGA Tour

The 24-year-old golfer Seo Hee-kyung announced her plan Tuesday to advance to the LPGA Tour.

“Next year will be my first season in the LPGA,” Seo said.

Seo won the Kia Classic in March. She debuted in the KLPGA in 2005 and has 11 victories so far. In 2008 Seo was second on the money list with six wins, while Shin Ji-yai, current world No. 1, was first with 7 victories. Last year Seo was the KLPGA Tour’s money leader with five wins.

Seo is presently ranked sixth on the money list in the KLPGA without a single first place finish.

She has appeared in 16 of 19 KLPGA Tour events this year and placed in the top 10 11 times, including three runner-up finishes.
