Futures Tour qualifying school (11/2-6/09)

The Futures Tour Q-school is being held next week, 11/2-11/6/09.

FT exempt status for 2010 is given to the top 90 2009 FT money winners and those who make the 4-day cut at LPGA Q-school (about half the field last year) but don’t earn LPGA exempt status, with the remaining available spaces filled out by this tournament.

Notable 90+ money listers who are hedging their bets by playing in this tournament in addition to LPGA Q-school are Tiffany Joh, Jeehae Lee, and Virada Nirapathpongporn.

A notable 90+ money lister who’s putting all her chips on at least making the LPGA Q-school cut is Esther Choe.
