So the same is with my house, no one in the neighborhood has sold in several years, and no foreclosures nearby. So even though I hear of a housing crisis I could assume the value of my house has appreciated as it was when I bought it. But I am smarter than that, I can look up the average price from a larger population than my neighborhood and see the dramatic drop. Maybe her "comparable" houses were the PGA and other major sports, which I think have not responded much to the crisis and have not had their product devalued (yet). Just beginning to see pro sports paying attention. The local NBA franchise cut tix prices for next year. The Champion Tour event dropped entry price to $0. |
