Whether the Commissioner is on track or not, it seems to me that she and others are living in a vacuum of their own experience and views. Does anyone know if there is an email address or forum for constructive suggestions and ways, for instance, that the LPGA can use the media rather than trying to create their own?

Thinking out of the box is fine, if you have a box. The LPGA needs to define itself first. It needs a personality, a real professional brand.

Sorry, could you please clarify your question?

The LPGA used to have a forum on their website, but we won't go there as far as why that was discontinued. As far as the LPGA needing a brand, I'd like to think this has been a professional association who has tried to evolve their business into a brand for the last 5 decades or so. Not so sure as to what you mean by defining itself and having a "professional" brand. Whether decisions have been right or wrong, the people involved and the product they represent has always been "professional".
