Hi Karl,
Have you checked out Seoulsisters.com.... Great info on the Korean players of the LPGA. Also a bunch on the KLPGA, and a few members keep us up to date on the JLPGA tour...A great place, without the BS drama.

Question

The only thing any player folder could accomplish is to give the moderators
a way to keep people from getting off subject which they do anyway.
One player folder would be enough if we would stay on subject.
All it would need to say is Lpga player folder. If you want to give news or discuss a player in particular start your thread there.

Seems to me, the folders are a way of organizing/separating posts.

But now I noticed another problem: some folders show up on the front page if something new is posted in them (Wie's, obviously), and others do not (Momoko Ueda's for example). Why?

Ok, this translator thing, you've used it some I would guess.... how good is it? I have used some translators, but often I am disappointed in their translations over the meaning of the words. Is this a good one, in your viewpoint/opinion. :-)
About DB being gone I think it is a shame. He is very smart and could add so much to this forum.
To bad he has to keep breaking the rules with uncalled for personnel attacks
and add a funny face to condone it.
Personally I wish he would stop the attacks and come back.
I think we can all put up with the bad jokes as long as he leaves other posters out of them.
If you’re watching Db hope you take this in the right way.
I don’t believe in changing anyone because we can’t. You do need to reign in the attacks.

=====================================

Thanks for the reply. Most what you said I agree with.... except that last part about, "I don't believe in changing anyone because we can't."

If that were true, we would have no progress and nothing would change... when I look around I see lots of progress and change.

If that were true, there is then no point in trying to recover people from alcoholism, or drugs, or mental illness, or prisoners, or non-believers in religion.... etc.

Last, if we as children could not be changed, we would all still be little brats who would not listen nor respect anyone, even when we grew up.

Is that what you mean by what you said, or did I take it out of context, or misunderstood your meaning. What do you mean by that sentence, can you elaborate on it a bit.... only if you really want to.

And I am not saying there are not some people who can not be changed, there are, and there are some people who do not what to be changed, and people who should not be changed.

People in general should not be changed against their will, it is there free personal right to be as they wish.... yet some times a change is a good and great thing that is needed, and sometimes things change people and not people, such as environment, a city, a war zone, floods, virus, etc.

Its funny you know when I think about it, whether things/people change or not.... its so easy to see, its always a part of life.... and everything changes my friend, everything. And DB's tries to shed light as he saw it were wild, yet all just a style and viewpoint that some well never get or see.... if they have locked their minds in those areas he aimed at.

Yes some people never change, and to me those people seem to have stopped living their lives and settle for the small part they except. To me they are only half alive and I feel sorry for them.... though I very much doubt they see it that way at all.

Hey just my opinion, and 'I' am way way off topic. What was this thread, Folder Removal, and I am talking about people removeal.... and them changing or not.

Sorry Rusty, I am just a curious old cat. :-)

Right. People can change, but only if they're willing to to put in the effort. It;s up to each individual to change themselves.
