| Team SemGroup... here is my question....I have just read about your participation in the 2007 Team SemGroup thing and about the Charities.....here is the link I have read http://www.lpga.com/content_1.aspx?pid=9602&mid=1 First question is How were you selected....was it because of your Oklahoma Ties additional questions....any reason that only 7 players were selected and would you have any insight as to how they were selected.....just curious Personally I think this is a good thing that Team SemGroup is doing....I was just wondering how everything works also....it is stated that your Charity of choice is "Playing for Medecins Sans Frontiers (Doctors without Borders in France)".....would you like to talk more about this charity....sort of like giving us posters a heads-up on this organization last question....Are you going to play in the Hawaii Swing ( SBS and the Fields ) this year....again...just curious anyway....you have a terriffic 2007 season....good luck in 2007....see ya....have a good day |

I agree with you, what SemGroup is doing is great! They don't only help us players, but more importantly a number of charities around the world. I'm not aware of the reasoning behind having seven players on the team, or how we were selected. My Oklahoma ties probably had something to do with me being picked - I've met Greg Wallace (cofounder, Vice President, CFO and Secretary of SemGroup) on multiple occasions, most recently during a fund raiser for the Oklahoma State University men's golf team. He's a man of great visions who really enjoy helping others. Doctors Without Borders is an independent medical humanitarian organization that is active in more than 70 countries around the world. They help people in need during and after natural disasters, epidemics, armed conflicts, etcetera. If you are interested and want to read more about them, please visit www.doctorswithoutborders.com or www.msf.org. As stated in the LPGA.com article, I'm playing for the French branch of Doctors Without Borders (Medécins Sans Frontières). The organization was founded in Paris in 1971 and I wanted to support the original branch (even though the head quarters now are located in Switzerland). I was looking for a non-political organization that helps less fortunate people around the world. MSF fits those criteria perfectly and choosing to play for them was an easy decision for me. The fact that MSF was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1999 speaks for the great accomplishments this organizations makes on a daily basis. Hope I didn't bore you with my loooong post ;) And YES, I will be in Hawaii for the first couple of tournaments of 2007!!!!
