Great finish for Ai. A win is certainly right around the corner.

Yes, Ai is a great player and also very friendly to fans. She breaks the typical Japanese stereotype. I saw her today in the players tent and she was smiling to everyone.

Ai also did an interview after and her English is getting better. It isn't perfect, she is still struggling to find the words she wants to say, but she is making great progress. I expect her to win also. |

When I got her autograph she acknowledged me with hi and when I said thank you she also acknowledged me. She has become my favorite golfer now. When she hit a bad shot on the first day, she kind of acted like she was going to swing her club but was laughing at the same time. I seen her smiling and saying hi to babies on three occasions. Ai is just one class act and I'm so happy she did well this weekend and I'm confident she'll win one very soon. |

Hi Kalaika. Thanks for sharing your story. I was very impressed with her english yesterday on the telecast, I dont think I had ever heard her speak before. She could be someone else that can really raise the profile of womens golf in the US, she certainly has the personality.
