Natalie had surgery and is fine

I was reading some blogs on the Golf Channel and came across this:

"2Gulbis on the mend
RANDALL MELL, Senior Writer, GolfChannel.com Posted 01/28/2010, 7:47 PM EST

ORLANDO, Fla. – Natalie Gulbis did not make her scheduled trip to the PGA Merchandise Show Thursday after undergoing minor back surgery last week.

The LPGA veteran is not expected to miss the start of the season next month, however, and plans to tee it up at the season-opening event in Thailand, according to IMG, her management company. Gulbis has been plagued with back problems the last two seasons. She is rebounding quickly from a minor laser procedure on her back and has already begun to hit balls in preparation for the start of the new season."

I am glad to hear she is doing well!

I know this is too easy an observation...and I admit I am no expert at body mechanics...but that swing motion can't be helping...Paula's too...

...but Natalie seems like such a peach of a person...I hope if it is her swing that she can modify her motion, be healthy and continue to be one of the tour's most beloved players...

This is good news, knowing that her back ailment is operative. It is apparent that this did not effect her twittering during the surgery. Natalie didn't mention corrective surgery in any of her tweets, but you expect that from Natalie, she never complains or wines about her health issues. In bangkokbobby's words, Natalie is a Peach of a person and one of the most beloved players on tour.
