Priority List Category: 3

Does this mean she's no longer exempt?

Not a problem:

3. Major Winner Category: Winners of LPGA major championships during the previous five years, with priority based on the number of such wins during the previous five years (and any ties broken by the players’ positions on the LPGA Career Earnings List as of the end of the previous year). To be eligible for this category, a player must have played in at least 10 official LPGA tournaments during the previous two (2) years.

(88) Annika Sorenstam
(89) Jeong Jang
(90) Birdie Kim
(91) Grace Park
(92) Hilary Lunke

She may miss the special invites, but she can make it into any field in a regular tour full field event.

I hope Grace gets back into the swing of things.

That's good news...I assume that means her 2004 win at KNC is counted as of 2009 and applies to 2010...

In 2010, 2004 will be more than 5 years...are they not counting one of those years...did she have a medical exemption for one of them?

It would be the likely scenario, given that she only had four starts last season before her hip surgery. A medical exemption also explains Hillary Lunke's continued presence in this category despite being close to SEVEN years removed from her 2003 US Womens Open win.
