An early loser was Jennifer Rosales, who withdrew before ever hitting a shot, saying she was stung by a bee on the practice range. It was her fifth withdrawal this year and 14th since the start of the 2005 season. Rosales, who usually cites a sore wrist as the reason for her early departure, has racked up a small fortune in LPGA fines for her WDs, and the situation became so bad that her regular caddie – Donna Early – walked of the job several weeks ago in Rochester, N.Y., when Rosales shot 80-83 and missed the cut by a mile. |

Thanks, guys. I read somewhere else there was no allergic reaction, but a 'panic attack'. Maybe she uses the spare time to explore the places she's in so all may not be lost, however as a sponsor you'd have to see her name on the entries and wonder if she turn up these days ... |

heddwyn... I think it would be best for all of us if you just forgot that Jennifer Rosales exists. I don't appreciate your minimalization of her situation, whatever it may be. I'm sure others agree with me. You know nothing of what is going on with Jen and yet you feel qualified to flame her. The purpose of this board is to discuss Jennifer Rosales in regards to her endeavors in life and tournament play. I believe that most, if not all comments should be supportive instead of vindictive seeing how most visitors to her forum are her fans. In regards to the Golf Digest article... I can tell you based on first hand knowledge that the article is mostly incorrect. The media does have a tendency to invent drama to increase circulation.

Its a tough one to figure out because if you watch her play she gives the impression that she likes what she is doing and having fun at it ...... tough on her caddy Sam and her loyal fans though ....... she is one of the frailest looking players out there, but then again you don´t here the same story from MHK ...... lets hope she gets over whatever it is ..... the tour needs more players like her ....

Danny, You seem to know Jenny and I'm not asking to reveal personal information, but in the absence of any real information for all these withdrawals, people will talk. It might be best for the JRo camp just to some information if you want the rumours to stop. Maybe information on the extent of the injury or just say, "personal issues" or "family situation" to quiet down the speculation. |
