Hi ya everyone....I have just read an article in which Catriona was quoted quite a bit......I have to admit that I didn't know too much about Catriona before....but after reading this article....I have to say that I am happy to see players like Catriona that look at the "Big Picture" of the LPGA's future growth.....Catriona just tells it like it is....straight from the heart

here is the article....

Good article, sensible.

I often wonder what is so special about this win win theory. I my mind if your are anywhare close to a win in golf, your in the same room as the winner. Same furnature, same drinks, same view..... only the winner has the mike. When your sooooo good and not yet seen as a winner.... thats a narrow view.

I won in my event (life work) many times, yet befor Idid I knew I was a winner.... when you move to a certain level.... it's just obvieous to one self. To those who have never been to that level, then a win looks like a black or white objective. Well so much for my simple theories..... back to the real world and golf.

Us Wie-lovers may need an ignor button for the Wie-haters, as they already moan about. At lest until she wins.... and then they join our side.

way to go Catriona.....THIRD place is nothing to sneeze at....yikes!!....that triple on the par 4 in your earlier round sure made you play catch up....otherwise....you could have applied more pressure and who knows what would have happened....but that is golf....good luck in your next tournament....this past tournament at least was very profitable.....see ya....have a great week!!

She also had some bad luck yesterday. A poor third shot ended up in the bunker on the ninth hole. It ended up next to a rock. She called for a ruling, but did not get relief. Although she hit a good shot, she did not save par on the hole.

Catriona is such a quiet person that I am surprised to see this article with her opinions. Obviously, she must have been comfortable with this reporter.
