I must be one of the only people in the world with no desire to see this. I'm not overly impressed with special effects, so it has little appeal to me.

There are two of us, MP. I like the old black and white movies from the good old days. They are more realistic and have stories to go with it. Especially the Western ones. One of my all time favorites, "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly." It reminds me of Me, the Good; you, the Bad; and Wiefan, the Ugly.

The Danger.........Wiefan.......The Marine!

I read today that the 3D version is causing some viewers (mostly women) to become queasy and throw up. My wife is now glad we went to the 2D version.

I see several movies a year, but try to stay away from the ones that rely on special effects. Interesting that you should use Clint Eastwood in your example. Last year, he had a great movie out, the name escapes me at the moment, but he had to defend his neighborhood from a gang of thugs. Real acting, and a thoroughly enjoyable movie.

I also watch a lot of the old movies on AMC and TCM. They're entertaining because of the performance of the actors.

You call it "Sushi," I call it "Bait."

It's fine that you liked the movie. I prefer to see actors acting. Different strokes. No big deal. I'm just going to pass on this one, if that's all right with you.
