I would prefer March 13 but I will go with what ever is best for the majority.

I should be able to do either one. Hopefully we can get a few more players. I need the practice. I'm playing a live one on the 27th, so it'll be good practice.

Only if we can get enough players!

Selfishly I tried for the 13, even though short notice, since it is expected to rain sat and sun and I'll be stuck inside anyway. I should be urethaning my living room floor, since I have all the furn moved out, but I have been delaying it. Should have done it last week but,.....

Went to Ceasers AC last Sat for the day and played 1-2 NL cash game. Made a nice $400 profit for the afternoon. Wish I could do that everyday, wouldn't work anymore.

Hi ya Poker People...any day is OK with me...since there is NO LPGA tournament with Wiesy in it, I have TONs of Free time

hmmm...I gotta study this game...lemme see...why does three of a kind beat Two Pair...afterall, making a two pair requires you to use FOUR cards, while making three of a kind only requires three cards....wouldn't you think that "having to use Four cards" is HARDER to do than having to use ONLY three....hmmm

also...why is it called "Texas Holdem"...I don't recall any of the mylpga players coming from and/or living in Texas

and while I am at this "nit-picking"...why the use of the word "Holdem"...I don't recall EVER HOLDING the CARDS in my hand...in cyberspace, all I can do is LOOK at the cards...I CANNOT Caress these cards to my Bosum and HOLD EM....hmmm

by the way xman...the last time we played, I COULD NOT see any of the playing cards held when the hands went into a showdown mode....in theory, all players are allowed to see the cards of the winning hand, once a bet is called...what is wrong with my program set up...is there a button that I have to click on

anyway...I hope that we have more players and that new people will join this game....it is only for fun and limited "Bragging Rights"....here is my theory about Poker...LUCK plays a SUPER BIG Part...a REALLY BIG PART...anyone can win....anyone that plays in the MYLPGA Poker tournament can BEAT and WRESTLE with Daniel N, Phil H, Phil Ivey, etc...ON ANY GIVEN DAY....for me, I will "wrestle" with Annie Duke anyday....hmmmm....

anyway...I am getting myself "psyched-up" for this March Tournament....let me go and practice "Slapping myself in the head and face" as I start my tournament preparations

have a good day folks...see ya....for anyone that haven't played in any of the previous Tournaments, DON'T be shy, it is all in Fun....just a little basic Poker Knowledge is necessary...example, what hand beats what hands type of stuff....the program tells you when it is your turn ...it also tells you what amounts you can bet...easy as Pie...anyway....have a good day...see ya!!

Not sure why you could not see it. Everyone else seemed to be able to. I don't think that there is anything for you to click on. They did flash pretty quickly in each players position, so it was easy to miss. Also in the little box on the right hand corner you can see a running detail of everything that is happening. This box can be expanded to show more lines of detail at a time.

Wiefan, I'll agree with you that if I wanted to wrestle any of the players you named, it would be Annie Duke. There are a few others that show up occasionally on tv that I'd also wrestle with.

The one I'm playing in is a fund raiser for our local sober club. It's limited to 50 players. Buy- in is $50, and the winner gets $750. Second is $500, third is $ 150, fourth is $100. The balance of $1000 goes to the organization. Should be a lot of fun.

Make sure that you are legal in your state. Even as a charity event this is not legal in many states.
