Hi ya folks...just today I booked flights for me and my spouse to Las Vegas....check out this bargain
Round trip for two...no baggage fees
Hotel for 5 days
Meals ( Breakfast , lunch, dinner ) for 5 days
ALL Baggage handling fees and taxes
Transportation to and from Airport and Casino

all for the grand Total of $783....yep $392 EACH for me and my spouse....what a Bargain, I checked the Hawaiian Airlines Flights and JUST the Airfare is about $600 Each...so for me and my spouse, it would have cost $1200...JUST for the Airfare

but now, we both get the entire package (Air, Hotel, Meals, Transfers, Tax ) for just $783 for the BOTH of us combined...wowWIE!!!!!

the only bad news is that I will miss Wiesy's playing on Sunday at the Women's British Open....yeah yeah yeah....I KNOW that she will make the cut and Play on Sunday....hmmm

That's a really good deal, buddy. I thought I was doing well in getting the flight and room for four nights at $705 for my lady and I. That didn't include meals or transfers.

Going Labor Day Weekend. Air Fair from NY free on Jet Blue points. Thur Night-Mon Night (5 Nights) $100. 3 nights are comped at Harrahs (middle of strip)other 2 nights $50/night. Same time at Ceasers was around $700. Sometimes you want the lux stay, but this was too good to pass up.

Not bad.

Hi ya everyone...whew!!!...what a GREAT Vacation....Very Profitable....Me and Mrs.Wiefan had a terriffic time....I only played my Keno theory and Folks, IT WORKS....I won my first jackpot of $350+ early, and from there I played with "House Money" for the entire trip...I plunked in about $1800 "Profit House Money" to win $4200...wowWIE...a neat profit of $2400...I am STOKED....I can hardly wait until my next trip to see if it was "ALL LUCK" or if the system that I play really works...personally I think it is a combination of Both...mostly the system I believe

a little story about Mrs Wiefan...she is not really a gambler....just penny poker and a few tries on the Mega-Bucks (just in case...lol)...anyway...on this trip, at the Freemont Casino, my spouse decides that she want to try her $21 ( 7 pulls at $3 a pop ) scenerio...personally, I think this is a waste of money, BUT I am a TEAM Player...lol....anyway...on her first pull, she hits it for $400....I am flabbergasted...lol....ahhh what fun

anyway...all of you have a great day....when I got home, I could still hear the Keno Numbers POPPING up in my wee WIE Brain....if you care to know about the system...lemme know....basically it is a 20 Multi-card Keno 5 cents machine...20 cards @ 5 cents per= $1 per Game...tons of excitement...anyway...see ya!!

Nice going to you and the wifey poo.

I just came back from Vegas for 5 days for my step son's wedding.
It was busy there......you'd never think the US is in a recession...but IMO...there are a lot of people living on huge credit card debt.

I really want to invest in housing there and in other places in the US....can buy a 1800 sf house for $130k......only problem is trying to evict the tenant who can't afford the rent or destroys your houses.

Since the 2008 economic bust...72k construction jobs have been lost in LV and the muni of NLV is near bankruptcy.
There are a lot of empty or partial developedc commercial properties.

I'm not much of a gambler...but my wife likes to play the 1 cent slots...50 cents at a time.
She netted out about +$200.....she won $200 on the Monopoly slot machine on 1 pull with multiple free spins.

Hi ya Mr3Putt....personally I think that buying a House in Las Vegas is SCARY...my brother took me for a ride a couple of years back...and EVERY house that had a MESSY Yard landscape was a "foreclosure" property...and there was a lot of them ALL over the place....Las Vegas is a BUYERS market for the last Plenty of years...the problem is making a profit when you wish to sell....if you are going to live in the property, this is OK....if it is for investment, not so good of an idea....just my opinion

by the way, I used to play Monopoly Machines ALL OF THE TIME....it is fun and exciting....not easy to make a Profit however...congrat to your spouse....I won $200 on a Penny Monopoly Maching at South Point a few years back...after that, I just donated every time I played Monopoly...it was fun though

anyway...have a good day...see ya!!

It took about about 5 mins to rack up the $200 on the Monopoly game and ya it was fun watching.

My wife loves the slot machines...she could play for hrs...but I limit her time and money as I'm her ATM.

I like walking around the casinos and watching the action.

My wife loves the sun and Vegas....if not for the wedding I would not be in Vegas in the summer...too damn hot...although a dry heat...can't say I was sweating.

I guess I'm getting old.....I find tanning and beaching boring.....we use to go on golf/beach vacations but have now steered our vacations to see other wonderful world history and culture...I find Vegas too cheesy for me...but it is fun people watching.

You're right...outside the strip....Vegas is a dump....if I did live there....I'd likely live in Summerlin or Henderson.

I saw a on-line special to play Falcon and Wolf Creek in 1 day for $99....I've always wanted to play WC...it's a monster...but it would be fun...but too hot to lug the sticks for 1 day of golf....talked to a guy on the elevator who did it and had lots of fun.....maybe I should have reconsidered.....oh well maybe next time.

In Mar 2004 spent 3 days in Vegas then 3 days of golf in St. George, UT. I like SG because you can walk....it was great....75 degrees, reasonable priced green fees and beautiful scenery and went to Zion Nat'l park after 18 one day....outstanding.

If you do got to SG....go have dinner at the Painted Pony.....fantastic.

I've been to paradise twice (Hawaii) in Jan & Feb....love your part of the world.....but heard from a friend it is just too hot in humid in the summer.
I think a housing investment in HI is more ideal.

Although I was in Palm Springs for 3 days for a wedding in Nov 2009...played 1 rd of golf with the wedding party......didn't think it was anything special.....unless you want to golf everyday....if I thought LV was hot....PS is hotter.

The best thing was finding a navy blue Hugo Boss suit for $225 at the outlet mall...they also have greats deals in Vegas too....believe it or not...didn't go to the mall in LV this time......I can't believe there was minimal/no whining from wifey poo......she just want to spend time time tanning and with our son/stepson and new wife considering they live in Calgary.
