Kimchi Chronicles

I really like this show...no surprise there. I don't know if any of you like cooking shows or have any interest in South Korea. But your local PBS station probably is showing this. I get so hungry watching this!

from Kimchi Chronicles (no longer upcoming...it's already showing):

A sizzle clip of the upcoming Public Television (PBS) Series Kimchi Chronicles starring Marja Vongerichten and Jean-Georges Vongerichten. The series is a food and travel show that discovers Korean food and culture over a 13 episode journey. Guest stars include Hugh and Deb Jackman and Heather Graham.

Ty BKB. I went to the webb page and now I am in love with Korea. Fantastic place. The food looks deliciuos but my experience in Mexico City has not been so hot. I guess I must save $$$ and go to Korea and try it there. Beautiful ladies, but I would have to learn Korean or hand languges (or body language). The videos are wonderful but I could only get to No 7. See you.

Hopefully, you can find a decent Korean restaurant in your area...but a trip to South Korea...that would be even better.

As you probably already know, Grace Park's family owns a restaurant in Seoul...gotta stop by and try their cuisine...

It was pretty sour and hot(but more hot as an after taste). It was with shrimp, scallops and squid that made it like a stew, but not soupy. At the Borgota in AC. I am not an expert but it I liked it alot. My mouth was on fire for 2 hours.
