Fashion From The Fairways

.
Seen this on LET. I don't know about some of these. I am sure I have seen better wallpaper fashion on my walls, not all, but some. :-)

What are women supposed to wear?

Those are expensive outfits! I doubt if I could buy the pants, belt, and top for under $150.

Even though I don't like some of them, what is a woman to wear?

Some of the most fashion criticized ladies on the LPGA wear the best that money can buy. Cutter and Buck. Face it, most clothes are not designed for women larger than natalie Guilbis and Paula Creamer on the women's side. And Tiger on the men's side.

Seriously, when I look in fashion magazines and at the outfits that top designers show in fashion shows - I am surprised that women don't get offended.

Infact look at men's clothing for playing golf. It is inexpensive materials and expensive to buy and only looks good on thin bodybuilders.

This guy isn't thin. Do you think he looks bad?

Most of these girls don't have a choice of apparel. The clothing companies that they are sponsored by are to blame. The companies that pay the ladies to wear their clothing have a four day (or three) fashion show every tournament. The golfers save big-time on annual clothing expenses.
The gals can veto certain things....Paula won't wear purple....others won't wear short shorts, or knee socks. Se Ri only wears clothing designed by her sister. etc, etc, etc.......and so it goes.

It doesn't matter how much it costs, bad taste is bad taste whether it's $150 or $5.

It's a darn shame the PGA rules won't allow JD to wear Daisy Duke short shorts.

You mean like this one?

Here's a new fashion for the senior tour:

Exactly what I meant, DB, see how appalling those socks are? They just don't go with the shoes at all, and there is a color clash with his 'jocks'!
