IMO, Meg has no business being in the Tour Championship even if she plays well.
She was T135 on the money list, had a finish in only 1 event and either DNS or missed the cut in every other event.

Allowing her to play in the Tour Championship is ridiculous!

I agree about the size of the field.

How low on the money list can someone be and still get in it ? It can't get lower than 135th,surely ?...

I have to admit I was surprised at the size of the field for an event that is supposed to be the Tour Championship...of course, as you can tell by my screen name, I love the Thai players, but seriously...why is Pornanong Phatlum in this field when she can't get into many regular events...don't get me wrong, I'm rooting for her to play well...heck, win it even...but I still must wonder how a player not even in the Top 10 on the Futures Tour is in the LPGA Tour Championship...

...and because it's golf and anything can happen, it's entirely possible a player that doesn't deserve to be there could win...some would say that's why you let more people in...to create more possibilities...

...I say the TC should highlight and reward the best players during the year and produce a winner reflective of that...

The problem is that because of the disjointed schedule and the way it ends thru Asia and Mexico with limited fields, some players have already called it quits for the year becasue they have not played in over a month. Euros don't want to come back to the States just for this and some Koreans that live at home may want to stay home after the Korea event.

They killed the ADT for this!

They should move the tour championship to the beginning of the year and have it be the first full field event of the season. Then put the ADT back at the end of the season. i don't mind a 120 player field. After all it is the tour championship, not the 1/3 tour championship or 1/2 tour championship,
