Withdrew in Phoenix?

Went to check the J Golf Phoenix LPGA International Scoreboard and scrolled down the page to find that Paula Creamer had withdrawn before the event. Does anyone no the reason?? I searched, only to find that the LPGA were not permitted to release the reason.

Daisy, welcome to the site.

As Blue said, it was reported that she was sick. Apparently some kind of flu- like symptoms, but not a whole lot was said about it.

Didn't Rossi report that several got this bug, some worse then others. Paula had a really bad case of it.

Question

Correct me if I'm wrong, but hasn't paula been under the weather for some time? I seem to recall she complained of stomach problems over in the far east.

just read at the GC boards that Paula fancies raw fish. I have to admit I tried sushi once on a recommendation and liked it. At the time I had no idea that it was not cooked. When I found that out I decided once was enough.

The problem goes back at least to last years ADT. She had the problem then and had trouble completing her rounds. Lots of local news reports about it.

She has had problems since Lorena's event last year. she lost a lot of weight and kept getting reoccuring problems. She was supposed to see a special;ist to see how serious a few weeks ago. She seems well now and I will ask what the doc's said and let u know.....

Question

Ron Sirak reported in this weeks GOLFWORLD magazine that Paula went through massive testing before the Corona in Orlando. Among the tests was a biopsy done under anesthesia, and her Dad said the tests weren't back yet. She felt well enough to go to the Corona, so she went. Nothing further was said....except she is still on medication.

Unhappy

Just looked on the final field list for the Michelob Ultra Lite Open and she's
not listed. That worries me.
