Is Paula's health ok?

I heard she had some health issues, something about her stomach and maybe - maybe not the food in mexico. But I noticed that at the end of last season she looked like she had lost another dress size. She sounded ok in the interviews, but personally I am concerned when someone appears to lose a lot of weight when they have been ill.

Paula can't catch a break health-wise.

She's headed back to the States to see a specialist about her thumb injury.

The only positive,if one can put a decent spin on her situation,is that with a barren tournament schedule,in the early part of the season, she might not miss more than one event.

She needs to start carrying lucky horseshoes and four-leaf clovers in her golf bag...

I don't know how she injured it,Buzz,or the extent of the damage, but it's serious enough to fly back to the States to seek specialist advice...

Paula on Golf Channel

It was nice to see Paula on tv again during the Golf Channels coverage of the Tavistock Cup. She'll make a good announcer one day...but I hope not for a long time.

Sadly Paula's career is gonna be effected by her injuries. She is still young, but I dare to say she could have twice as many wins already had she been healthy every year.

It sounds like she might have to have surgery on the thumb.

.
She did the right thing in not playing around with the injury, and fixing it. Take your time and heal well Paula... we well be missing you until you get back. :)
