Smile Paula supports Arnold Palmer's hospitals

Last March, during a break in the 2008 LPGA Tour schedule, Paula Creamer visited Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies in Orlando.

She saw tiny babies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, teens battling cancer, children recovering from horrific accidents. And she also heard countless stories of medical miracles, kids who once clung to life who are now growing and thriving, babies born weeks premature who have returned to the hospital to work as nurses.

"Almost 2 decades ago, Mr. Palmer put his name on this facility," Paula said. "Since that time, tens of thousands of children have been nursed back to health."

Paula left knowing that she had to find some way to help.

Sag.. this is a post you may not get a lot of response.
People as a whole admire her for what she is doing as many other Lpga
players and their charities.
Really not a lot can be added to this.
Thanks much for the info we need to be kept informed and I for one
appreciate it.

Great story. It's good to see athletes doing things like this and not necessarily making it public.
