Hi ya Boola....just a small correction to your post...at the Fields, when Wiesy and Morgan was paired together....it was a threesome....I do remember that Wiesy and Morgan were chatting to each other as they had to wait....I think they both got to know a little more about each other than what the media was making it out to be

anyway....have a good day....Morgan did ok that day...especially considering that the crowd was Wiesy's home folks....the crowd acknowledged the good golf shots, not the personality of the players....I personally give Morgan a lot of credit that day....she hung in there

anyway....all of you have a good day....see ya!!

I've always said you were different than most of the Wie supporters, because you do, in fact, give others players credit. I commend you for that.

They have played each other 0 times. They were in the same tournament 9 times which neither of them won and 0 match play events together. If one of them was t3 and the other t 28 or T26 and t 56 doesn't mean much, since neither of them won.

They are not competing against each other. They are competing against the field.

Xman, logic doesn't work on Boola. I think punctuation throws him off.

Nonsense, Wie supporters are very supportive of other players.

Really? Why do people make a big deal about how many top 10s a player has gotten. A player who scores T3 certainly has beaten a player who scores T28.

I just objected to using the 9 "Head to Heads" as a comparison as to who is the better player. Yes I agree that your overall results are important. How many top tens that you have shows how well you have played over all compared to everyone else. So yes that is important.

The problem with trying to compare Michelle to others is that she plays so infrequently. Thats why I like the Rolex rankings more than anything else when trying to compare players. Again she has a problem there with minimum divisiors.

I do not think that you can compare a part time player to a full time player. In your comparison you end up leaving out the fact that Morgan won the KNC, but Michelle was not there. An important fact on Morgans resume.

Of course who gets a better placing matters. It means that player did better against the field, and better in the tournament.

Morgan did better at the 2007 lpga championship and chances are she will also do better at the 2007 US Womens Open.

Some of you are, perhaps, but most only even visit the main board if someone says something they don't like.

If the roles were reversed, and this was in the Wie folder, Boola would be ranting and raving about how the comparison is unfair, but he has no problem trying to convince us in Morgan's folder that Wie is superior. Let's see, what's the score. Morgan, one win (a major); Wie zero wins. That's the only stat that matters.

OK MP and everyone else..........it looks like I have to eat some humble pie here............I did NOT realize this was in Morgan's folder..........shame on me!..........I am SORRY.........believe it or not.......I am a fan of Morgan's..........and my wife just LOVES her........in fact, she likes her WAY more than another young gun golfer that I won't even name.....
....how could any true golf fan NOT like her?..........with what she had to go through with her mother...........and the way she has matured to a responsible young gun on the LPGA tour........what's NOT to like?...........
