| Senior Member | Saturday 61 Great round, which apparently got lost in the brouhaha about Wie's DQ. I'm surprised so many of the so-called "fans" here...particularly the ones who complain about too much Wie coverage... couldn't tear themselves away from it to comment on Han's 61. Anyhow, with the way some of these LPGA courses are setting up this year, I see Annika's record 59 being tied soon. Creamer nearly did it a week or so ago with her 60. |

Just because people didn't post about it, does not mean people did not notice it or were not impressed by it. |

I don't know what was snarky about my wondering why there were no comments on Han's brilliant round. What do you think, Blue...you think someone will shoot a 59 again soon? Maybe Michelle Wie, or one of your other favorites? |

You were extremely nasty to me last night. Repeatedly. Perhaps you don't remember. Now you post a kind of nasty remark to other posters, criticizing them for not posting about Hee-Won Han's 61 and somehow tying it to Michelle Wie. If you can't see what is a bit impolite about saying "particularly the ones who complain about too much Wie coverage... couldn't tear themselves away from it to comment on Han's 61", then I'm sorry for you. At the least, given your mode of conversation yesterday, it's highly ironic. In answer to your other question, Annika's 59 will be broken. If the State Farm is at Panther Farms next year and the conditions are similar, there are a handful of players who could do it. |

Hi ya fans of Hee Won.....yesterday morning, I was on the Wiesy site following her round....when I saw Hee Won's 6 birdies out of 7/8 holes....I couldn't pull my eyes away to see what she was going to do next on the Wiesy thread I was announcing all of Hee Won's super birdies and scorecard....you gotta understand, it isn't everyday that POTENTIAL history is going to be made or tied heck!! I was cheering for Hee Won to shoot that magical 59, even though she would be a challenger for Wiesy's potential first win ahhh shucks....Karma has it that it wasn't to be....Wiesy's first win is not in the cards as of yet....neither was Hee Won's 59....but if you look at Hee Won's score card from the back nine first....it was SUPER Impressive...and to think that on that Back Nine, she parred the easy par five enroute....Hee Won actually had a chance to do something NO ONE has ever done....Birdie an ENTIRE side of a nine hole what a terriffic round by Hee Won....anyway....have a good day...see ya!! |
