I agree, what a great win for Cristie Kerr !!!! It was a great birdie on the 14th
but the clutch putts that she made all day really did it for her. You also hear a lot of people talk about Lorena and class......it is so !!!!! Lorena is a class act, but today belonged to "CHRISTIE KERR 2007 U.S. OPEN CHAMPION"

Putter was red hot all week

She played the course like a stradivarius coming down the stretch and very much deserved it. I was very very impressed.

The emotion she showed at the end was a real release for her, I think. Once the final putt fell, she let it out, which was great to watch. You're absolutely right that she didn't show any sign of nerves, but the butterflies had to feel like eagles. I'm truly happy for her. She deserved it.

Very well-deserved. I've seen her at tournaments and her reputation as not being fan friendly is absolutely false. She's a very nice person just an extremely intense and focused competitor.

A long overdue win that must make this even more satisfying. Biggest event in golf. Now she can finally be mentioned as one of the tours top stars.
