New LPGA Title Sponsor..and so on

Kia Motors has become the title sponsor for the J Golf event in March at La Costa. Here's the LPGA announcement.

LPGA.com

Unmentioned in the LPGA news is the fact that Kia has signed Michelle Wie to an endorsement. I wonder which came first, the Wie relationship w/ Kia or the Title Sponsorship?

Kia Motors America Partners With Michelle Wie and Becomes Title Sponsor of LPGA's Inaugural Kia... -- IRVINE, Calif., Feb. 10 /PRNewswire/ --

Nevertheless....only good news for the LPGA to attract further corporate $$.

I know Kia does make some SUV type vehicles, but I was thinking of 6 foot + Michelle trying to cram into a subcompact Kia, which is what most people think of when they think Kia! hahaha

Don't laugh, The korean car companies are going to be the next wave. They have spent the last 10 years working on quality. Now with all of the problems with Toyota and Honda, look out. Korea will capture the low end in a big way. The cars have come a long way and are primed for the big time.

You mean the NEW JERSEY Giants, don't you? Whatever they may say to the contrary, if you have to cross the Hudson to see them then they cannot legitimately call themselves a New York team. The NFL only has one team in New York - the Buffalo Bills, or would that be the Buffaronto Bills? I gave up on this sport eons ago.

How can they be called the Buffalo Bills when they don't play in Buffalo.

Michelle was already driving a Kia before the deal. I wonder if Daddy had any influence there and was thinking "down the road".
