Let's hope she doesn't change her mind because it's a losing situation for women's golf to have their star players prove to the general public that they can't compete for wins with men at the PGA TOUR and European tour levels.

Now of course, if you stubbornly cling to the idea that women can win against the big boys, then you either have a learning disability or suffer from the Izzy delusion. To be honest with you, I am not sure which of those conditions is the worst but I do know that both of them are bad.

I think the only people on God's green earth who believe they can compete on the PGA or Euro tour are Izzy and MW (although I have to believe MW is now wishing she never made her comments from years ago).

Izzy can't even successfully maintain a LPGA card.....her scenario is kinda like someone who continually fails grade 8....yet writes the SAT's thinking a university will accept them the following semester.

Oh well...it's her dream, money and life.....she is a nice gal though.

No, as I continually state it's not her money!

I think the majority is her or her family's money.

I really can't believe anyone outside her family or close friends would buy into her proposal/offer of investing in her golf career.

I've seen other pros ask for donations....but not in the same fashion as Izzy has.

Lexi said today that she is playing in the Women's Australian Open on Feb 9-12.
Since the Omega Dubai Desert Classic is also scheduled for Feb 9-12, obviously, she won't be there.

But that doesn't mean she won't accept an invitation at some point later on.
