As was commented by greentee the only tournaments that possible could be added would be ones that were already in discussion. It doesn't seem that we were hearing about any.

Anything started now has the problem of getting sponsors, a course, local permits, parking, shuttle buses, food services, venue design, the local cops, etc.

Not easy to throw together at the last moment.

Funny last year.... seems like it never ended, and I am still hyped as much now as last year.... must be the numerous fab players, and would not think it the lessing of events listed. Yet on second thought, less events, the more we pay attention. Just like the girls well do, when they finally begin to play this year. Humm.... I was never very good at doing Math either, how could less be more.... hummm. :-)

Update : Twitter just revealed in a new article with the Boss, that 2 more events well be place on the already out list of events for 2010. Now I am really starting to wonder where. :-)

If a new tournament were to appear on the east coast perhaps it might be at the Reunion Resort where Annika's academy is located. It has only been two years since Bobby Ginn puked, and now that he is out it might not be too difficult to get a tournament there.....I just came back from ten days in Orlando and there was some talk of reviving that tournament, although I didn't think it was this year.
The course is very fan friendly and easy to get around.
Perhaps LoJo and/or Cougar might have heard something in their travels.

This is just a thought, but I'd like to see this one come back to life.

I'd like to see something back in the NY area. This looks like it will be the first time in about 7 or 8 years that I will not have gone to an LPGA tournament.

JAPAN!! FIRST WEEK OF SEPTEMBER!!

WESTERN PA!! MID JULY!!
