Erica Blasberg passes away

Very sad news indeed. She and Paula Creamer could of passed for sisters. From what I've read it is either suicide or she was murdered which makes it ten times more awful. R.I.P Erica.

Where did you read that?! Boy I hope that is not the case. This is terribly upsetting.

Does anyone remember when her twitter page suddenly got deleted? I remember a few people here thought that was strange, I however never heard why it was deleted so suddenly.

Erica Blasberg: 1984-2010

Very Sad News indeed! What a horrible loss not only to the LPGA Tour but to her family, friends and fans all over the world. My condolences and prayers goes to her love ones. May she rest in peace.

Like the Waggle Room says, I also remember she suddenly canceled her twitter/facebook accts when she withdrew from q-school.

Very shocking any time a young person passes. I don't know the cause, but it must be very stressful for players on the bubble.

Has that Wikipedia entry been verified ?

My first thought,based on the information available,was suicide.

It doesn't bear thinking about the other possibility...

Very shocking. Twenty Five is way too soon to end a life story.

She well be missed by many fans, and even more by the golf players, and most by her immediate family and parents.

I am still speechless, taking her own life makes no sense to me.
